Commissioners' Game The following was sent (or attempted to be sent) to all AASL players with email addresses listed. It was sent on Sunday Aug 23 at 11:45 PM ET:Hi AASL Players, We wrap up another season this week with the following events: Monday Semi-Finals Four teams remain in the AASL playoffs: Semi-final games are scheduled at Elm Street field at 6:00 and 7:45. Come by to watch some great softball! Tuesday Commissioners’ Game Interested in playing one last game this season? Rich has challenged Matt to a 6:00 game before the championship game, but we’ll need 22 more players to make even teams. Read about it and sign up before Monday evening, at http://www.actonasl.com/commissionersgame.asp. If we have more than 22 players sign up, we’ll have to limit participation. See details on the selection process at the above link. Championship Game The two remaining teams play the Championship Game with a 7:30 first pitch at Elm Street. Come by to watch! Savoury Lane Food Tent Rick Gordon, owner of Savoury Lane and 10-season Infernos player, will have a food tent at Elm Street for you to purchase grill fare, snacks, and drinks to enjoy during the AASL events.
