AASL 2006 Player Demographics In 2006, Acton Adult Softball League (AASL) had 16 teams and a total of 321 players registered with the Acton Recreation Department, averaging 20 players per team. On registration forms, AASL asked each player to indicate a home town and a work town.From the data, we found the "best" town based as (a) Acton if a player lived or worked in Acton, (b) an adjacent town if the player worked or lived in an adjacent town, or (c) other if the data was not available or was not in an adjacent town. The chart below shows the distribution of player registrations:
