Acton Adult Softball League

Welcome to AASL's 11th Season!

In 2010, the Acton Adult Softball League (AASL) begins its eleventh season! The league plays in Acton from late April to late August, including a regular season and playoffs. We play regular season games Sunday afternoons and Monday through Thursday evenings at two fields in Acton. We maintain a recreational/semi-competitive coed league - if you expect to play in an ultra competitive environment, please choose another league. All players are at least 21 years old with a few players over 65 years old, and two thirds live in Acton though that is not a requirement to play in the league.

AASL 2010 Season Timeline

Mon, February 22, 7 AM	Registration begins. New teams should submit form + payment to Acton Rec ASAP. New players should submit forms only ASAP to Acton Rec to join the waitlist.
Mon, March 22, 4 PM	Returning team deadline. Returning teams who plan to come back must have submitted a completed team form and full payment.
Tue, March 23	Waitlisted teams will be placed as space permits based on forms previously submitted.
April (TBD), 7 PM	Captains Meeting, venue TBD
Sun, April 11	AASL 2010 Season Schedule finalized and published to website
Sun, April 18 through Thu, April 29	Practices
Sun, May 4 through Thu, August 12	Regular Season Games
Mon, August 16 through Thu, August 26	Playoffs (format TBD)
