Welcome to AASL's 13th Season!

In 2012, the Acton Adult Softball League (AASL) holds its 13th season with 16 teams competing in the 15-week regular season and post-season playoffs. The league plays in Acton from late April to late August. We play regular season games Sunday afternoons and Monday through Thursday evenings at two fields in Acton. We maintain a recreational/semi-competitive coed league - if you expect to play in an ultra competitive environment, please choose another league. All players are at least 21 years old with a few players over 65 years old, and two thirds live in Acton though that is not a requirement to play in the league.

Registration

Registration is open on Wednesday, March 7 at 7:00 PM ET. Returning teams, new teams, players returning to their team, or players in search of a new team can register.

Individuals who are not affiliated with a team can sign up to be put on a waiting/callup list and might be able to join a team roster at the beginning or during the season, or might get a one-game callup to fill a roster on a specific day. In 2011 we were unable to place all individuals who registered, and our limited field space limits the number of teams we can have in the league while maintaining a reasonable schedule.
